CNSB Créée en 1988 à l’initiative de 3 passionnés de planche à voile, l’association a pour objet de développer la pratique de la planche à voile chez les jeunes. Elle a récemment élargi son activité aux catamarans de sport. Le CNSB propose des entraînements hebdomadaires de planche à voile pour les enfants, un Championnat PAV et Catamaran validé à la FFVoile, organise des déplacements régionaux, nationaux et internationaux et est partenaire de la St Barth Cata Cup.
